Mum and Kids Thankful for Ship's Visit

 
As a mum of 6, Melinda’s kids keep her busy! Her littlest two, Naomi and Peter, came to the clinic with her when the YWAM Medical Ship visited her village recently. In Wowobo, there is no health centre or aid post, so the villagers look forward to the rare occasion that any health workers visit their village, including the volunteers on board the ship. Naomi and Peter received crucial immunisations, as well as treatment for a sore on Peter’s leg, and all three were also able to visit the dentist. As the zodiac left the ship carrying the three of them back to the village, Melinda and her kids were all smiles, thankful for the care they were able to receive that day.
