During the course, you will have an opportunity to dig deep into the Bible, reading through all 66 books, gaining an overall perspective of God’s story. You will learn techniques for effective Bible study, and your speakers will help unlock the Bible’s fascinating content.

You will also be taught on topics. For example – you will look at Worldview and Origins as you study through Genesis, Exodus, and Job. Or you might look at Leadership and Worship as you study the life of David in 1 & 2 Samuel, 1 & 2 Chronicles, and the Psalms. Each book is filled with insights to be discovered!

Outreach: In addition to putting God’s truth into practice in your personal life, you will have the opportunity to go on a 9 week outreach and share God’s words with individuals and communities in Papua New Guinea.

The prerequisite for this course is YWAM’s foundational course, the Discipleship Training School (DTS).

Your course fee includes 13 weeks of missions training and 9 weeks of outreach. The training includes all of your meals, accommodation, laundry facilities, airport transfers. Your outreach includes all of your meals, accommodation, outreach shirt, and field supplies.

Your outreach travel expenses will cover variable costs such as flights, ferries, busses, etc.

*Does not include travel costs to and from YWAM Medical Ships Port Moresby Campus, visa, and immunisations.
