In March 2023, the YWAM MS family mourned the sudden death of its Papua New Guinea Patron, the Right Honourable Sir Rabbie Namaliu, former Prime Minister of PNG. Throughout his 11 years as Patron of the YWAM Medical Ships program in PNG, Sir Rabbie provided invaluable support for YWAM’s work and encouraged expansion.
