Piece of Wood Found in Young Girl's Tooth

Clinics had been running for a few hours by the time a young girl from Wowobo village made her way onto a zodiac, bound for the ship. She was going to see the dentist because she had a pain in her tooth, but she almost had to be coerced to go, because it was her first time, and a bit fearful of the what seeing the dentist might mean.
When she reached the dental clinic on board the ship, she registered her name and sat down to wait for her turn. After a while, one of the dentists on board, Tim, called her into the clinic, and she sat down in the dental chair. She proceeded to explain to Tim that she had been having tooth pain, and wanted to relieve it. Without access to a dentist, she took a stick and tried to use it to pry out her tooth, but instead left a splinter of the stick protruding out of her tooth into her gum.
 
When Tim completed the extraction, there it was: the tooth with the splinter coming out of it. With her problem now gone, Tim placed gauze in her mouth, and was able to give antibiotics for the infection in her mouth.
