John 10:10: “The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.” Written around A.D. 85, this Bible verse encourages us to live life to the full, even in the midst of challenges.
La flor y la mariposa: The frangipani tree, able to withstand intense heat, reminds us of the importance of perseverance. The Ulysses butterfly represents transformation and beauty. Together, they encourage us to pause, smell the flowers, and notice the wonder of life. As Hans Christian Andersen said, “Just living is not enough,” said the butterfly. “One must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower.”
